Promotions Assistant
We are looking for an enthusiastic, excited, sales-focused person to join our Promotions Team on a temporary basis. The Promotions Team will play a key role in raising awareness of our rebranding from Unicarepharmacy to DocMorris.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of our rebranding process!
This role is outdoor, field-based in various locations around Dublin. You must have your own car, full clean driving licence and be available to work flexible hours.
Some of the main duties will include the following:
-Responsible for handing out promotional leaflets to the public in key locations around Dublin
-Responsible for increasing footfall/ gaining new customers for our pharmacies
-Responsible for approaching the public to increase new brand awareness
-Responsible for promoting our Customer Loyalty Program
Knowledge and experience required:
-A minimum of 6 months experience in a similar position
The successful candidate will:
-Have excellent communication skills, both written and oral
-Be sales driven
-Be customer focused
-Have an outgoing personality
-Be adaptable
-Be self motivated
-Be flexible and mobile to move between locations
-Must have own car and full clean driving licence

Cosmetic Assistant
We are looking for an experienced Cosmetic Assistant to join our team in Donnybrook, Dublin 4 on a temporary basis. Hours of work will be flexible.
Some of the main duties will include the following:
-To actively seek to increase Cosmetic sales through link selling
-To maintain the highest standard of customer service
-To ensure stock levels are maintained at an optimal level on the Cosmetic Counter
-To have a proactive approach to personal development needs within the beauty area by keeping up to date with latest trends & innovations
- To ensure the day to day up keep of Cosmetic Counters and section ensuring they are
correctly merchandised and clean
-Merchandising to company and cosmetic agency standards
-To operate to all company policies and procedures particularly with regard to cash, customer service and cosmetics
Knowledge and experience required:
-Previous Cosmetic sales and customer service experience essential
- Counter Management experience of a premium agency would be a definite advantage
- Cosmetic product knowledge of Clarins and Lancome preferable
- An understanding of stock maintenance
- Proven sales ability
The successful candidate will:

Marketing and Social Media Intern
We are currently looking to recruit a Marketing and Social Media Intern to join our Marketing team for a 3 month unpaid Internship. The successful candidate will gain experience working in a dynamic Marketing environment with a key focus on implementation of a Marketing strategy, online and social media and PR.
Some of the main duties will include the following:
-Marketing administration duties to include design, print, implementation and management of trade marketing as led by the Trade Marketing Executive
Knowledge and Experience required:
-Ideally suited to a recent marketing or business graduate
The successful candidate will:
-Have excellent communication skills, both written and oral
-Have excellent attention to detail
-Have excellent organisation skills
-Have an ability to prioritise and work to deadlines
-Have a positive, proactive ‘can do’ attitude
-Be a Team Player and willing to step outside the role when required
