Dispose of used tissues in the nearest waste bin- one use only!

Wash hands with soap and water after coughing, sneezing, using tissues, or contact with respiratory secretions and contaminated objects. An alcohol hand rub will also be effective if you are on the move.
-
Keep hands away from the mucous membranes of the eyes and mouth
-
If sick with flu, stay at home to avoid spreading infections to others
-
If there is incidence of diarrhoea and vomiting, wash hands carefully and clean all contaminated surfaces.
-
Remember: Catch it, Bin it. Kill it!
-
Top tip: carry a hand sanitizer and use it each time you touch something that someone else may have touched.
-
Show your children how to use a sanitizer. Think about items people touch at work, at school, in the supermarket or cinema. Note: alcohol products can be drying on hands.
Lower your Cholesterol naturally with Zerochol!
One of the most important risk factors for coronary heart disease is cholesterol. That is why Innoceutics developed a unique cardiovascular dietary supplement to help reduce blood cholesterol.
Zerochol are plant sterol tablets. Plan sterols are natural substances that can lower your cholesterol and are present naturally in small quantities in many fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds, cereals, legumes, vegetable oils and other plant resources. However typical western diets supply only around 150-350mg plant sterols per day.
When you consume a Zerochol tablet with your meal, the plant sterols present in Zerochol reduce the absorption of cholesterol from your intestines into the body.
Speak to our expert Healthcare Advisors for more information on lowering your cholesterol.
