We look for candidates with management experience who are passionate and ambitious, with a proven ability to lead winning teams and achieve targets. As a Pharmacy Manager you will be responsible for all areas of the pharmacy including customer service, team performance, sales and the dispensary. Excellent leadership and communications skills and a keen business acumen are essential.
OTC/Cosmetic Sales Assistant
Our Sales Assistants provide the highest level of customer service to all our customers. Their expert knowledge is key to providing this outstanding customer service and a variety of training programmes are available to ensure this. We look for candidates who are enthusiastic and passionate about customer service and who want to grow and develop in the company.
Dispensary Assistant
Colleagues who complete our Unicarepharmacy Dispensary Assistant Programme are qualified as our Dispensary Assistants. Working as part of the dispensary team our qualified Dispensary Assistants work alongside our Pharmacists in the day to day running of the dispensary. We look for candidates who demonstrate the necessary dispensary knowledge combined with passion and enthusiasm.
Pharmacist
Our Pharmacists provide excellent healthcare and advice to all our customers and patients. Professional services we offer include, blood pressure monitoring and diabetes testing. We look for candidates who are interested in working in a pioneering environment and focusing on exceeding our customers’ needs and expectations.
Assistant Manager
Our Assistant Managers provide vital support to our Pharmacy Managers in the running of the pharmacy. While overall responsibility rests with the Pharmacy Manager, our Assistant Managers’ key duties include providing support in colleague development and motivation, customer service and sales. We look for candidates who can demonstrate an ability to drive the business by helping to lead our pharmacy teams.
