Our support office provides our pharmacies with the necessary support to provide excellent customer service. Located in Cherrywood, Cabinteely, Dublin our support office can be accessed by the M50, N11 and feeder buses from local LUAS and DART services.

Operations & Marketing
Our Operations and Marketing function is at the forefront in delivering our mission, dealing with our customers on a daily basis and is responsible for driving sales in each pharmacy. In line with our strategic goals this team focuses on delivering a quality service to create an optimal shopping experience for each individual customer, ensuring that we are caring for all of their health and well-being needs. Our Marketing function’s aim is to position our company, including our products and services, as a leading pharmacy group with a particular focus on health management. Our Area Managers are part of the Operations team and are responsible for the effective day-to-day operation of each pharmacy in their respective areas, their main focus being the support of the pharmacies and the people within them.
Human Resources
Within the Human Resources Department there are various functions which collectively achieve our objective to ‘attract and retain the best’. Our Learning and Development function looks after the training needs of our colleagues. Our HR function is responsible for recruitment, colleague performance management, communication, our reward strategy and various projects. Payroll is part of the Human Resources Department and is responsible for the payment of all wages. Our Receptionist is responsible for front of house reception and assists the HR department in various projects.
Purchasing
Our Purchasing team is responsible for managing each product category within the walls of the pharmacy. The team creates a product offering that the customer wants and needs and also promotes the product appropriately in terms of consumer promotions, appropriate shelf space, internal/external point of sale and suitable media advertising for marketing purposes.
Finance
The function of the Finance team is to provide accurate and timely financial information to management to enable effective decision making. Our Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable teams look after the following duties; production of monthly group profit/loss and balance sheets, reporting of weekly sales information to our business, processing and payment of supplier invoices, production of monthly management accounts for all pharmacies, and departmental cost control reviews versus budget.
Pharmacy Services
This role aims to expand our dispensary and professional services business within our pharmacies and the community. Part of this includes supporting the ethical side of the business, extending the role of the community pharmacist and organising awareness campaigns. This role also researches and develops our current professional services we provide in our pharmacies, e.g. diabetes and cholesterol screening.
Business Development
The Business Development team is responsible for developing our existing estate and exploring the possibilities of new openings and acquisitions. The team is involved in locating potential new openings and liaising with landlords and the relevant professionals. In addition refits in our existing pharmacies are managed by Business Development.
Information Services
Our Information Services department is also known as the “Service Desk”. Our Information Support Officers provide day-to-day help desk support to all of our IT systems, and manages and monitors all systems within the business to ensure they are functioning properly. The Service Desk provides the first point of contact for anyone within the business who has a computer (or non-computer) related question or problem. The department is also responsible for developing new and existing systems, and for project managing changes within the business.
